Decks and Fences

Has nature taken control of your deck or fence?  Has it become grey and weathered? Our three step process will restore your fence or deck, removing all the years of dirt, grime, algae, mold, and mildew.  First we clean the surface with a light power wash.  Then we apply a wood brightener to neutralize the wood and accept the stain better.  Finally we stain the surface with a color stain of your choosing.  Our process will restore it to its original state!  

Roofs

Have black streaks on your roof?  These are due to microscopic organisms known as Gloeocapsa magma, which feed on the limestone filler in shingles and cause removal of granules.  This leads to lifting and shifting of shingles and can make your roof more prone to damage and leaks.  We clean your roof and remove these streaks with a special formula that safely eliminates the organisms.

Concrete

Is your aggregate concrete cracked, damaged, or dirty?  If not properly maintained, seasonal freezing and thawing can extend and amplify small cracks into more costly problems.  To prevent this, we start by power washing the surface which removes built up dirt and oil.  Then we fill in all cracks with our contractor grade exposed aggregate crack filler.  Finally, we seal the whole surface to protect it from the elements ultimately saving you money in the long run.
